About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Grants and Partnerships Assistant to join our team at XY Partners. In this role, you will be assisting the growth and expansion of our company by building and nurturing client and partner relationships, securing new opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Research, identify, and engage new local and international clients and partners to drive growth and expansion.
• Assist building strong, long-term collaborations with clients and partners through effective communication and alignment with their needs.
• Prepare tailored presentations, participate in networking events, and negotiate agreements to achieve strategic goals.
• Assist monitoring, preparing, and submitting applications for relevant grants and tenders, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate on competitive proposals, maintain organized records, and deliver periodic updates to clients and internal management.

What You Bring:

• No prior work experience is required, but previous internships, volunteering, or university projects are an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the internal team to create tailored proposals and materials.
• Negotiation and relationship management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with grant and tender processes is a plus.
• Fluency in Romanian and English is required; Russian is a plus.
